As was the case in recent years, several Q&A (Question and Answer) sessions will take place in Helsinki. More general questions will be presented in the general Q&A session on Wednesday, September 9, 13:30 – 15:00 (plenary session), for which Ex Libris has again been willing to provide a first-class panel, consisting of CEO Matti Shem Tov and many other members of the Ex Libris Group management team. Product-specific questions will be part of the Ex Libris Product Update sessions given by the Ex Libris product managers.

Additionally, you can use the printed forms you will find in your conference folder when you get to Helsinki. Fill it in and take it to the Q&A mailbox at the registration desk. You can submit as many questions as you want, but please bear in mind that it is not possible to submit your question immediately before the specific session — moderators need some time to edit the questions and Ex Libris needs some time to prepare their answers.
So please overcome your shyness. Do not miss this wonderful opportunity to ask everything you always wanted to know about the company and its products but were afraid to ask — until today!
