IGeLU - The International Group of Ex Libris Users

Introduction

The Voyager Product Working Group (VPWG), together with the IGeLU Steering Committee, will work with all users of the Voyager product and its associated modules to ensure that users will have proper representation in the development, enhancement and conference planning for the Voyager product.

The VPWG will also work in close cooperation with the ELUNA Voyager Product Group leadership team, and the National User Groups.

The main tasks of the VPWG will be:

• To coordinate and liaise with Ex Libris Product management on development and enhancement of the Voyager product;

• To work on enhancements (in conjunction with the ELUNA PWG) and in focus groups with Ex Libris;

• To support the planning for the Voyager program at the Annual Meeting (in collaboration with the Steering Committee and other Working Groups);

• To maintain the product communication between the PWGs and the National User Groups;

• To raise issues of importance with the IGeLU Steering Committee;

• To liaise with the Special Interest Group Chair person to ensure that each module and area of interest is properly represented internationally.

The Leadership team of the VPWG will consists of the following positions: Coordinator, Enhancements Coordinator, Enhancement Officer, ELUNA Liaison, two Conference Programming Co-Chairs, and Secretary.
