In Special Interest Working Groups (SIWGs) members with a common interest in a specific theme meet to discuss their concerns, often with Ex Libris as well. IGeLU supports SIWGs by providing rooms and resources (meeting rooms at the conference, space on the web).
SIWGs are organised at their own discretion but they must nominate at least one coordinator.
Unlike the Product Working Groups there are no enhancements procedures for Special Interest Working Groups.
