Survey: Dealing with Content issues

The joint ELUNA/IGeLU Content Working Group is conducting a user satisfaction survey so that key customers’ opinions about Content issues can be better understood. Tell us how you deal with Content issues and how satisfied you are with the Support and work with Salesforce for Content.

We are looking for feedback in the form of personal opinions from content managers, they do not need to represent your institution as a whole. Multiple people from within the same organization are invited to share their point of view. So, anyone involved in 360 KB, Alma CZ, SFX KB, Primo Central Index or Summon index management is invited to fill in this form:

This survey should take about 10 minutes. It will be closed on July 15, 2019.
