Development cooperation

Development cooperation between Ex Libris and the user community has grown substantially over the years, to the mutual benefit of both sides.  It covers all aspects of product development:

• fixed procedures for enhancement requests
• collaborative testing of existing products,
• development and implementation partnerships for new products
• joint focus groups on major new product developments and on strategic topics in the library world.
