Registration

I haven’t received my registration confirmation email — what should I do?

Registration confirmation emails, as well as other notifications (such as invoices) sent from the registration portal (https://www.igeluconference.org), are sent from the following address: igelu@wixsiteautomations.com.

If you cannot find these messages in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder and ensure that this address is not blocked.

If you still have not received any emails after checking, please contact Support at igelu@production78.co.uk with any questions related to registration or payment.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel over 7 days before the event you will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

If you cancel 7 days or less before the event you will not receive a refund.

If you wish to cancel, please contact events@production78.co.uk and quote your name, email address you registered and Invoice number.

What is the currency in Taipei?

The New Taiwan Dollar is the official currency of Taiwan and is usually abbreviated as TWD, NT$, or NTD. The most commonly used denominations are NTD$100, NTD$500, and NTD$1000 notes, but NTD$200 and NTD$2000 notes are sometimes encountered. NTD$50, NTD$10, NTD$5, and NTD$1 coins are also widely circulated.

Should I need cash?

Cash is commonly used in Taiwan, but most stores and other establishments now accept major credit cards. It is strongly recommended that you carry cash with you or withdraw some from an ATM.

Social event

The social event will take place on Monday, October 19 from18:00 to 20:00 in the Banquet Hall of The Garden Taipei (room 201). Access to the social event is included in the conference registration, and additional tickets are available free of charge.

Activity Highlights
