The Rapido enhancement cycle process is managed collaboratively by the IGeLU Rapido WG, the ELUNA Rapido WG, the IGeLU RapidILL WG and the ELUNA RapidILL WG.
Member libraries of IGeLU or ELUNA can submit and vote for requests on the AHA Platform.
2026 Rapido/RapidILL Cycle Timeline

| May 1-31 | The Enhancements Team reviews, dedupes, scopes, verifies, transfers to other Working Groups when necessary, and sets up the vote |
| June 2-June 23 | First round of voting |
| June 24-July 15 | The Enhancements Team reviews the results, and prepares them for Clarivate to assign complexity points |
| July 16-August 13 | Clarivate adds complexity points to the top voted results |
| August 14-August 31 | Extra time assigned for clarification with Clarivate |

Notes
Clarivate selected request RAENH-1381 “Request accessible version checkbox” for development independently of the CERV process, this enhancement will cost the community no development points. We thank Clarivate for including this important accessibility features in their roadmap.
RAENH-I-1343 “Note to Partner for RapidILL Lending requests” had already been implemented by Clarivate.
RAENH-I-1348 “Enable rich-text formatting and editable template previews in request email communications” while this enhancement clearly has substantial interest by the community, the number of development points went beyond our allotment for this cycle.
