The IGeLU 2024 Conference Program Planning Committee is pleased to announce that the final deadline of proposal submission for the IGeLU 2024 has been extended until 26 May 2023. Submit your proposal at https://proposalspace.com/calls/d/1662.
The Conference theme is “Beyond Limits and Differences: Data, Hidden Treasures and Mermaids…”. Interpret this as you see fit, but we would like to include content covering innovations, differences, challenges, constraints, how you have re-imagined services and processes, and how libraries can continue to move forward to serve customer diversity in this most challenging of times. Proposals about any other (digital) innovations are also welcome.
This year’s conference is hosted by the Royal Danish Library (Det Kongelige Bibliotek), Denmark.
We offer 3 ways for you to actively contribute to this event:
- Conference session (25 min. + 5 min. Q&A)
- Poster session (NEW!)
- Developers Day session
Because this is again a hybrid even, we will accept physical and virtual sessions. You can submit proposals related to Ex Libris or Innovative products or to any strategical topic.
The conference program will be published in June, but we encourage you to register early to take advantage of the early bird discount. Developers Day and Ex Libris Knowledge Day will take place on 12 September at The Black Diamond (Royal Danish Library). You can already have a look at the general overview of IGeLU 2024.
Looking forward to seeing you all in beautiful Copenhagen in September.
Any questions? Please contact us at proposals@igelu.org for questions related to the submission process and at conference@igelu.org for any other question.
