- 26 February-9 April 2025 – Esploro Product Working Group review (IGeLU and ELUNA)
- 17 April-5 May 2025 – Member voting in Voting Portal
- 10 May-6 July 2025 – Ex Libris pointing
- 14 July-28 July 2025 – Member voting in Voting Portal (if required)
