Hello Alma community,
Beginning in July 2026, the current joint Alma Working Group will transition into two separate groups: an ELUNA Alma Working Group and an IGeLU Alma Working Group. This change is intended to better support our members who are based in different time zones and regions while maintaining a unified community voice with Clarivate|Ex Libris.
Volunteers are needed for both groups. Candidates should bring experience in one or more of the following areas: acquisitions, fulfillment, physical resource management, electronic resource management, systems administration, or analytics. Experience at either an individual institution or within a consortium is relevant.
The expected time commitment is approximately three hours per month. This includes one working group meeting and additional time (1–2 hours) for reviewing and evaluating enhancements during the enhancement cycle. Participation may also involve periodic work on focused topics in collaboration with Clarivate|Ex Libris.
