Payment
1) Pay by credit card
You will be redirected immediately to a security payment portal. In the meantime you will automatically receive a confirmation email from “conference@unisi.it” with the subject “UniSi – payment procedure” where you can find the link for payment by credit card (if still needed). After we have received the payment, you will receive the invoice at the email address you used in the registration form.
2) Pay by bank transfer (only for payment by Institution)
You should be ready with a PO number if you are looking at paying by invoice.
You will receive a confirmation email for your registration. If you have already entered the Purchase Order number in the registration form, you will receive an email from “unieventi@unisi.it” with the pro-forma invoice to be paid.
If you have not entered the Purchase Order number, please send an email to “unieventi@unisi.it” with the copy of Purchase Order for receiving the pro-forma invoice.
Registration Approval
There might be a 2-day delay before registration is approved, notably for the checking of the IGeLU Membership ID.
Accommodation
Caution: 2025 is a Jubilee year, a special holy year in Rome and across Italy, starting at Christmas 2024 and ending at Epiphany 2026. A large number of tourists are expected throughout Italy for this event. We therefore urge you to exercise caution and book your accommodation well in advance.
