The joint ELUNA/IGeLU Documentation Advisory Group is conducting a community-led survey on Clarivate documentation.
The survey aims to better understand how customers use Clarivate’s documentation resources, what works well for them, and what could be improved. It also seeks to gather feedback on the transition to the new documentation portal and identify documentation needs that may not currently be fully addressed.
The survey is open to all library software customers of Clarivate for Academic Libraries, whether or not you are a member of ELUNA or IGeLU.

The survey will remain open until 1 November 2026.
The results will help the Documentation Advisory Group better understand the needs of the customer community and will be shared with Clarivate. Initial results will also be presented at the IGeLU 2026 conference in Taipei.
