The annual Community Enhancement Requests and Voting (CERV) process is a key part of the Product Development Collaboration Agreement, between IGeLU, ELUNA, and Ex Libris, with Roadmap commitment for successful requests. High level solutions of the previously developed enhancements are listed on the Leganto NERS knowledge article in the Ex Libris Knowledge Centre.
Participation, including the ability to submit and vote on enhancement requests for products that your institution licenses, is a benefit of IGeLU or ELUNA (individual or consortia) membership.
The process is managed collaboratively by the two Leganto Working Groups (WGs): IGeLU Leganto WG and ELUNA Leganto WG. Members from both WGs participate in a joint Enhancements Team, led by an Enhancements Coordinator from each WG, with oversight by the IGeLU and ELUNA WG Coordinators.

In the March 2023 Addendum Update, Leganto points increased to 75, effective from 2024.

2017 Leganto Enhancement Results
The 2017 cycle was a prioritization exercise only; there was no commitment from Ex Libris to develop enhancements as Leganto was not yet part of the Product Development Collaboration Agreement between Ex Libris, IGeLU and ELUNA.
The Leganto Working Group reviewed 20 requests collated by Ex Libris during implementations, with early adopter customers that were ‘live’ with Leganto.
