I’m happy to send you the draft agenda for our Rosetta User Group Annual Meeting in Dallas. In earlier mails we already told you that this year meeting is kindly hosted at SMU from June 3 till June 5.
We created a really interesting agenda packed with discussion on the Next Generation Rosetta. If you want to think and help shape the new version of Rosetta the draft agenda will hopefully get you excited: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1flV931FgntNRW4j1-b4Ka8PyOh5RGuYIZnWVF0FTVv0/edit?usp=sharing.
As you can see in the schedule there still places left to help during the event. I shared a link with edit rights so you can add your name if you want to help out and already have a preferred option. We will try to take into account your preference. In the registration form you can also sign up if you want to help out but don’t have any preference. Any help is appreciated! You can also help if you are remote!
The event can be followed in-person or remote. Of course for the best experience it is best to attending in-person, but we also have a live stream with possibilities to ask questions remote. If some of the sessions are difficult to follow in your time zone, we will also put the recordings online as quickly as possible.
Yes, also the registration form is available! You can already reserve your seat! We can’t guarantee a window or aisle seat 😊: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc530GwI2WZMfP6COhDCqERd2PSNVlOEhVSWOxE7FdjOomK0w/viewform
The logistics document also has lots of information on getting to Dallas and on your stay in Dallas: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EqD6h0dM1_Ih7KQXKPTbj0xZHpBYdAtU/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=100567670029513187481&rtpof=true&sd=true
