One of the regular sessions in every IGeLU conference is the IGeLU Assembly of Members.
The Assembly of Members has to approve the budgets of the organisation, vote for new Steering Committee members and is also used to get input from the members to improve the work of IGeLU.
During the 8th IGeLU Assembly of Members, which is session number 6 at Sunday 8 September 16:30-17:30, the following topics will be handled:
- IGeLU budgets for 2012 (definitive) 2013 (current) and 2014 (next year) have to be approved.
- According the IGeLU Statute we have to renovate the IGeLU Steering Committee during the next IGeLU conference in Berlin and we have 2 vacant positions thisyear, since
- Peter Klien – Austrian Library Network & Services Ltd, Austria – [2011-2013]
- Mark Dehmlow – University of Notre Dame, USA – [2012-2013]
are at the end of their office.
